## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotline Technical Advisor to join our team in Chennai, India. As a Hotline Technical Advisor, you will be responsible for providing technical support to dealers and customers through various channels, including phone, email, and online platforms.

Key responsibilities:

- Receive, review, and respond to technical queries from the field through Technical Support Request (TSR), emails, and phone calls

- Track and update the status of open concerns and provide timely resolution

- Utilize various software systems, including PTS, GCQIS, GTAC, Servis2, and Panda

- Collaborate with dealer technicians and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues

- Analyze data and provide insights to improve technical support processes

Requirements:

- ITI or Diploma or Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering

- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotline operations, FSE, or warranty

- Strong technical knowledge of automotive products and processes

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Preferred qualifications:

- Prior experience in automotive or related industries

- Technical hotline OEM experience

- Ford level 3 or equivalent certifications

- Completion of New Model Training
