## Description

Anduril Industries is seeking a highly motivated Staff Buyer to join the Procurement team. In this role, you will support procurement activities for key programs, manage supplier relationships, and ensure on-time delivery of critical materials and services.

The position is ideal for someone looking for growth opportunities, a fast-paced environment, and impactful work. Responsibilities include:

- Purchase Order Management: creating, issuing, and managing purchase orders

- Supplier Coordination: maintaining relationships with suppliers, monitoring performance, and resolving issues

- Problem Solving: quickly resolving supply chain disruptions, delivery delays, and quality issues

- Order Tracking: monitoring and expediting orders to meet deadlines and production schedules

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: partnering with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams

- Data & Process Management: maintaining accurate records, tracking procurement KPIs, and identifying opportunities to streamline processes

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field

- 12+ years of supply chain experience, including technical procurement

- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints

- Ability to relocate to Costa Mesa, CA

Preferred qualifications:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

- Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills

The salary range for this role is $166,000-$220,000 USD per year.
