## Description

Join M&S as a Christmas Customer Assistant at our Brooklands location. As a frontline colleague, you'll deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain a high-energy environment. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide five-star customer service at pace

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store

- Confidently deliver style advice and recommend products to customers
