## Description

Llanarth Court is seeking a Bank Staff Nurse to join their team.

The successful candidate will be part of a compassionate team providing personalised care to patients with mental illness and/or personality disorder, and men with intellectual/learning disability.

## Key Responsibilities

As a Bank Staff Nurse, you will assist qualified staff with assessing and implementing individual patient care plans, undertake routine tasks and activities, and contribute to a safe environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Participating in regular clinical and non-clinical meetings

- Prioritising nursing duties and delegating effectively within the shift coordination framework

- Maintaining a continued level of personal professional development

## Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

The ideal candidate will have current NMC registration, completed a preceptorship programme, and possess sound knowledge of NMC guidelines and professional practices.
