## Description

We are seeking a UIUX Design Lead to manage our user experience design strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and user needs. You will lead teams of experienced designers in crafting digital user experiences that blend visual design excellence, fluid interaction design, and functionality.

**Responsibilities**

- Develop a future vision that balances user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility, while demonstrating proper use of our design system.

- Champion the development and evolution of visual design standards and interaction guidelines to ensure consistency across products.

- Lead UX and visual design for Android-based devices, ensuring designs account for hardware, display/input variants, and software-hardware co-design tradeoffs.

- Partner with engineering, design teams, and platform/software leads to align UX decisions across the product lifecycle.

- Create user experience goals, priorities, and deliverables that align with product milestones, and drive adoption of user experience, visual design, and motion/interaction design practices.

- Partner with engineering to ensure animation and interaction specifications are feasible, performant, and faithfully implemented from prototype to production.

**Education & Experience**

- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Design, Human Factors Engineering, Social Sciences research, or a related discipline.

- Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in design principles, human factors engineering, social sciences research, or a related field.

**Preferred Certifications**

- Certified User Experience Professional (CUXP)
