## Description

Logitech G is looking for a passionate and highly collaborative Lead Industrial Designer to join our ID Team in Hsinchu, Taiwan.

As a Lead Industrial Designer, you will be part of an eclectic mix of great designers and craftspeople in an international environment. You will create high-quality design vision work and concepts through sketches, illustrations, and renderings. You will also create precise 3D CAD designs, prototypes, and mockups, and participate in many phases of the design process from conceptual to tactical.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading projects and coordinating activities of other designers as required by the project/projects

- Collaborating daily with other designers, engineers, and partners

- Communicating proactively and effectively across multiple levels within design and business stakeholders

- Influencing and inspiring business and product partners and leaders

- Networking with management and key contacts in and outside of your own area of expertise

- Occasionally traveling nationally and internationally

To be considered for this role, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

- 7+ years of relevant experience in Industrial Design or Mechanical Product Design Engineering

- A compelling portfolio of design work that proves solid design skills and demonstrates forward thinking

- Excellent skills in ideation, concept visualization, form development, CAD, model making, and rapid prototyping

- Strong visual acuity and formal literacy

- Experience defining Materials, Colors and Finishes, optimizing Design for Manufacturing, Reviewing Prototypes, EVT, and DVT builds

- A BS in Industrial Design/Product Design/Mechanical Engineering or a related degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
