## Description

As a Clinical Nurse I, you will provide competent clinical nursing care consistent with professional standards. Your responsibilities will include:

- Participating in identifying and meeting learning needs of self and patients

- Evaluating patient care and communicating relevant information to promote continuity of care

- Implementing care plans and prioritising tasks according to patient needs

- Leading and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote professional growth and minimise limitations

- Assessing patients and developing relationships with families to promote their ability to advocate for patients

- Planning and updating care plans in collaboration with patients and multidisciplinary resources

- Staying up-to-date with research and best practices in nursing

The role requires:

- Graduation from a school of professional nursing

- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina

- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification

- No prior experience required
