As a Sales Advisor - Foods - Grafton Street, your job purpose is to deliver an exceptional customer experience by serving and selling in store and through all digital channels.

#### Key Accountabilities

Customer

- Proactively serve customers and model service behaviours to create an exceptional experience.

- Prioritise customers over tasks.

- Maintain an inspiring shopping environment through excellent product presentation and availability.

- Participate in Plan A activities to support store and local community initiatives.

Selling

- Confidently sell to customers using product knowledge to increase sales in store and through digital channels.

- Ask questions to understand customer needs and offer personal recommendations.

- Actively participate in store events to achieve selling targets.

- Identify selling opportunities at all service points.

Store

- Understand store business priorities and contribute to improving store performance.

- Follow safe and legal working practices.

- Work productively to minimise losses and maximise efficiency.

- Deliver key activities and operational processes within areas of responsibility.

Team

- Adapt and work flexibly across the store to support colleagues and meet customer and business needs.

- Take ownership of personal development and seek opportunities to grow knowledge.

- Share knowledge and experience with colleagues to encourage learning and development.

- Monday: Flexible
