Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you will work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. You will be responsible for:

- Delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge, making recommendations and driving sales

- Utilising digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Adapting to changing demands, working flexibly across various areas of the store

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy team environment

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on customer satisfaction and drive sales growth. You will be a key member of our retail team, working collaboratively to achieve business objectives.

**Work Pattern:** Monday: 18:00 - 22:00 Friday: 18:00 - 22:00 Saturday: 06:00 - 10:00

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
