Priory Daffodil House in Pontypridd is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a 9-bed residential service for adults aged 18-65 on the autistic spectrum with complex needs. As a Registered Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure high standards of care.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing day-to-day service operations

- Leading and developing a team

- Supporting individual care plans

- Promoting dignity, respect, and wellbeing

- Ensuring a safe environment

- Shaping and growing the service

Requirements:

- Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)

- Experience supporting individuals with autism

- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

- Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
