## Description

Technical Projects Operations Associates work on high-leverage problems at Anduril, combining operational rigor, technical curiosity, and strategic thinking to build solutions that scale.

This is not a traditional Operations role. It's a builder-operator role for those who thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and care deeply about outcomes.

As the Business Operations Lead - Technical Projects, you will own and deliver cross-functional initiatives from zero to one, operate across both hardware and software, and work deeply within Anduril's business systems to develop a clear understanding of how data and processes flow across the company.

You will develop analytics and tooling that shape decision-making, project manage across teams, and partner with senior leaders to bring structure, insight, and velocity to Anduril's highest-priority operational challenges.

Required qualifications include 3+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, strategy, or engineering/technical roles, being technical, strategic, a builder, self-driven, proactive, comfortable in ambiguity, and clear in communication.

Preferred qualifications include experience with technical systems in hardware + software environments, exposure to classified or regulated workflows, and background working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments without a playbook.

US Salary Range: $146,000-$180,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full-time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
