We invite you to join our passionate team as a Lead Server Engineer. You will play a critical role in system architecture design, owning technical design and implementation of foundational modules and critical services, while leading a team of engineers.

**Responsibilities**

- Develop and maintain server-side code and ensure robustness.

- Design and implement server architecture and frameworks.

- Oversee server-side tasks and develop tools for healthy game server operation.

- Manage projects and tasks related to server architecture implementation.

- Troubleshoot complex server-related technical issues.

- Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.

- Provide guidance to junior team members.

- Lead and inspire a team of software engineers.

- Mentor and train team members.

**Qualifications**

- At least 8 years of server development experience, including 3+ years of team management experience.

- Proficiency in Java, C++, or Go.

- Knowledge of common networking protocols, relational databases, NoSQL databases, and in-memory data structure stores.

- Experience with container and serverless technologies, Linux platform, and version control software like Git.

- Excellent debugging capabilities.

- Experience in large online game development.
