## Description

We are seeking a Packaging Design Operations Coordinator to support creative and packaging artwork activities while collaborating with teams across the organization. You will work with our design teams to support the development and execution of branded packaging and other key consumer-facing touchpoints to help drive best-in-class consumer experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with packaging artwork data entry updates and support the artwork process through final production art.

- Help ensure artwork data accuracy by reviewing files for alignment and basic content requirements.

- Support creative and design teams with packaging production tasks as needed.

- Gain familiarity with packaging artwork components such as die lines, net contents, regulatory text, color usage, and printing considerations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional partners within 3M and with external agencies or production partners under direction from senior team members.

- Contribute to problem-solving discussions and support efforts to keep artwork aligned with brand standards.

- Follow established workflows, systems, and best practices to complete assigned tasks.

- Learn new tools and processes as required.

Requirements:

- High school diploma/GED or higher, Certificado de Bachillerato/Certificado de Preparatoria (completed and verified prior to start).

- Proficient in the English language.

- Familiarity with consumer packaging or graphic design principles in a corporate, agency, or printing environment.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

- Basic understanding of packaging design or print production and familiarity with print and pre-press processes such as offset, flexo, digital, or gravure.

- Interest in consumer goods packaging.

- Exposure to creative review tools or project-related software.

- Ability to manage high volumes, shifting priorities, and tight timelines.

- Strong skills in communication, collaboration, time management, and attention to detail.
