Lead your team. Transform your community. As a Clinic Director for Team Rehabilitation, you will have ownership in a clinic while still having the support of a company. This leadership role's primary responsibilities are growing, developing, and managing an outpatient physical therapy clinic. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care while regularly exceeding industry standards. **Strategic Planning:** - This is a partnership. The Clinic Director is key in clinic set up. If opening a new clinic, will provide input on clinic location and clinic layout. - Take control of Quality of Care in the clinic. Taking a patient-centered approach so that each patient receives the care that is unique to their goals and objectives. - The Clinic Director has all the normal responsibilities of a Physical Therapist with the addition of hiring and managing the right staff. **Marketing:** - Supporting the Marketing Reps and fellow clinics' marketing initiatives are a key component in both the success of the clinic and of Team Rehabilitation. - Maintain relationships with the key physicians and referral sources to promote Team's commitment to care and increase patient referrals. - Attend lunches and functions set up by Marketing. - Ensure that the clinic is a positive influence in the community. **Financial and Operational Management:** - Keep the clinic full of patients by overseeing scheduling and treatments that will enhance the patient's experience. - Manage productivity. Define and set clear, reasonable and measurable expectations. - Manage the clinic budget to make financial decisions that support the clinic's overall financial health. - Be aware of clinic expenses, such as patient travel, office supplies and medical supplies. - Make sure that the clinic complies with all state and federal healthcare regulations. Part of those responsibilities include staying in touch with ever-changing healthcare laws and policies and ensuring the clinic is in compliance. - Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize clinic performance and profitability. - Give input on policies, procedures and strategy to ensure that all Team Rehabilitation clinics provide the highest quality of care. - Handle patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally. **Leadership and Staff Management:** - Lead, mentor, and develop clinic staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. - Manage employee schedules, performance reviews, and training. - Promote staff engagement and retention through effective communication and support. - Continuously foster a collaborative work environment.
