## Description

We are seeking an Insurance Broker to join our team at Howden's Bangkok - CW Tower Branch. As an Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for gaining new business by identifying and exploiting opportunities in the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain positive professional relationships with clients and insurers.

- Introduce new products and promote them through regular visits and frequent communications with prospects/clients.

- Deliver good customer service by responding swiftly to queries and concerns from clients.

- Ensure credibility with clients by maintaining detailed knowledge of new and existing products, current market conditions, and competitors' products.

- Cross-sell and upgrade coverage on existing book of business.

- Provide broking and necessary administrative services to clients, advice and information to those areas in which you are knowledgeable and competent.

- Monitor and report on performance against agreed sales targets.

- Check policy documents for accuracy prior to delivery to clients.

- Record, report, and utilize customer information in line with the business development strategy.

- Provide customer-related claims as well as billing and collection assistance.

Professional Experiences & Knowledge/Skills:

- At least 2 years of experience in Property & Casualty or related field.

- Good service mind and negotiation skills.

- Good customer-oriented.
