As a Residential HVAC Installer, you will play a vital role in our mission to provide superior HVAC installations for our residential customers. Working in a crew of two, alongside an Install Apprentice, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently installing HVAC systems while upholding the highest standards of craftsmanship and customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain customer satisfaction rate through post-service surveys and feedback

- Ensure high-quality installations, evaluated through post-installation inspections and customer feedback

- Complete HVAC installations within established timeframes, meeting or exceeding productivity standards

- Achieve a high first-time installation success rate, minimizing revisits or callbacks

- Continuously update technical skills, staying informed about the latest installation techniques and industry best practices

- Maintain a perfect safety record, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines

- Provide effective mentorship and guidance to the Install Apprentice

- Demonstrate excellent communication skills when interacting with customers

- Maintain accurate documentation of installation details and equipment used

- Collaborate with the Install Apprentice and other team members, fostering a positive work environment

- Participate in performance reviews and self-assessments, identifying areas for improvement

- Monitor and track the progress of the Install Apprentice, providing regular feedback and opportunities for growth

- Maintain a consistent record of punctuality and attendance
