## Description

The EA SPORTS UFC franchise offers an electrifying spectacle of MMA for over 20 million players globally, delivering fluid and responsive mixed martial arts through inventive gameplay technology.

As a Development Manager, you will report to a Development Director and ensure game feature delivery is on time and within budget. You will support and oversee the project schedule, manage the team, and achieve a high standard.

Responsibilities:

- Manage a development team consisting of Software Engineers, Animators, Artists, Producers, Designers, and QV.

- Provide project management support, schedule work, track dependencies, identify risks, and facilitate prioritization decisions.

- Collaborate with other project managers to resolve cross-team issues and improve project management processes.

- Ensure project setup and progress align with leadership expectations and complete status reports.

- Establish processes to ensure workflows are clearly defined, documented, and team members are engaged.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of Project Management or Project Lead Experience with production lifecycles, processes, and project planning.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Game Development, or Business.

- Experience in a software development environment, including using tools like Jira.

- Experience working with expansive teams with various skillsets, experience, and backgrounds.

- Familiarity with tools like Miro, Slack, Excel, Google Sheets, and other project-tracking and reporting tools.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including summarizing complex information and communicating risks.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities across different project timelines.

- Demonstrated ability to use generative AI productivity tools for daily workflow optimization and critical validation.
