## Description

We are looking for an Engagement Marketing Lead to help Square sellers discover more value in our products and build lasting relationships with Square.

You will lead a team that turns seller insights into strategies that drive product adoption, deepen engagement, and deliver measurable business growth.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop the engagement marketing team.

- Own cross-product growth priorities.

- Establish proactive go-to-market planning.

- Lead program-wide experimentation.

- Establish communications governance.

- Scale execution responsibly.

- Oversee portfolio delivery and partnerships.

Requirements:

- 10+ years in engagement marketing or equivalent experience demonstrating senior-level impact.

- Experience developing senior strategists and partnering with Product leaders.

- Strong analytical judgment and hands-on fluency with SQL and analytics tools.

- Deep experimentation experience and the ability to turn imperfect evidence into clear investment decisions.

- Strong positioning and messaging skills, with experience connecting audience insight, product value, and channel strategy.
