## Description

We're seeking a seasoned professional to oversee and manage the execution of various campaign initiatives across multiple channels. As part of our marketing, distribution & partnership team, you'll play a vital part in advancing our movement to create a healthier, more sustainable future for everyone.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design and implement compelling offers for new and existing insurance products to drive business growth

- Drive innovation to continuously deliver new campaign ideas and strategies

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights leveraging data analytics to identify innovative campaign opportunities

- Handle post-campaign follow-up activities, such as responding to enquiries from customers or internal stakeholders

- Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive the implementation and execution of campaign initiatives to meet business goals

- Participate in Product Implementation Taskforce and PGS meetings as needed

- Manage and handle campaign appeals through various channels

- Support ad-hoc projects and other duties as required

**Requirements:**

- University degree with around 10 – 15 years of working experience in the insurance industry

- Immediate availability is highly preferred

- Relevant experience with campaign implementation and execution, campaign communication materials, and handling enquiries

- In-depth knowledge in product development, operations, and system processes

- Ability to work under stress and tight timelines

- Passionate, high motivation, and result-oriented

- Team player with positive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills, and strong project management skills
