## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer.

You'll work early mornings, specifically Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays from 04:30 to 08:30.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide five-star service, recommend and sell our newest food products, and ensure customers feel valued.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing exceptional customer service

- Maintaining knowledge of M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Working flexibly across various areas of the store

- Contributing to a positive team environment

You should be digitally confident, a team player, and flexible.

**Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.**

The hourly rate is not specified, but there is a £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
