## Description

The Commercial Manager Spirits - Bucharest role is a permanent position at Diageo, leading the commercial performance and P&L delivery of assigned markets.

You will own the commercial performance and P&L delivery of assigned markets, ensuring achievement of business targets.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading annual planning and joint business planning processes with distributor partners

- Building strong relationships with distributors, customers, and key stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and drive market performance

- Monitoring and evaluating commercial execution through regular business reviews, performance analysis, and market visits

- Driving excellence in execution, measurement, and optimization across commercial and marketing activities

- Ensuring compliance with company policies, governance standards, and responsible marketing practices

- Partnering with regional and cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable growth and outstanding business results

Requirements:

- 5+ years commercial experience with P&L ownership

- Experience in another function, such as Finance, Marketing, or Strategy, is a plus

- Capable of working within a virtual team and cross-functionally

- Capable of working with a high sense of initiative and ownership, being self-sufficient and independent

- Cross-cultural experience is an advantage

- Developing market experience is an advantage

- Master's degree is an advantage

- Fluent in spoken and written English
