## Description

We are seeking a Musketeer Scout - On Premise Specialist to join our team in Irvine, United States. As a Musketeer, you will be the personification of the Red Bull brand in our On Premise business.

Your main priority will be opening, developing, and managing accounts across all segments of On Premise. You will be responsible for driving sales and awareness by increasing product availability in accounts, establishing and maintaining distribution, creating territory sales plans, executing national programs, and activating brand marketing assets to drive relevance and consumption.

Key responsibilities include:

- Establishing and nurturing relationships with key influencers and business partners

- Building your personal reputation within the local scene based on your extensive knowledge of the industry and latest trends

- Taking full responsibility for On Premise sales and marketing activities in your market

- Developing and deploying ingenious strategies and innovative tools to deliver the perfect pitch for Red Bull

- Strengthening and nurturing long-term professional relationships with established customers and creating new alliances with key influencers and industry experts

- Utilizing your sales and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial increases in earnings for your customers and for Red Bull

Requirements:

- Established contacts within the industry or the ability to make them quickly and smoothly

- Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality and catering, marketing, sales, or as your own boss is highly preferred

- Strong ability to navigate the technical landscape of iPhone and iPad, various custom applications, and programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Ability to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays, and thrive on autonomy

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong understanding of sales processes and ability to analyze sales and customer data

- Must be at least 21 years of age

- Bachelor’s degree preferred

- Fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage

The base salary range for this position is $74,813 - 94,500 + cash incentives.
