## Description

Synopsys is seeking an experienced Front-End Project Manager to lead Mixed-Signal semiconductor Intellectual Property (MSIP) projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing projects and teams, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing MSIP product families, including working with PEM on requirements and schedules

- Collaborating with R&D teams to plan new developments and evaluate change requests

- Interacting with CKT and DI teams, as well as Sales and Marketing for customer support

The ideal candidate will have:

- 8+ years of experience in a related field, such as SoC/IP ASIC flow

- Previous program or project management experience

- Knowledge of standard project management tools and quality management system processes

- Excellent communication, decision-making, and negotiation skills
