## Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation phase for new client set-ups and existing client renewals. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating with client and cross-functional operational teams to support all aspects of setup and design.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead the development of project scope in consultation with stakeholders

- Establish quality objectives, criteria, standards, and levels using quality management methods

- Develop and implement program/project risk/issue management plans and strategies

- Communicate and report project status

- Understand different platforms and applications being implemented to direct design, development, testing, and implementation

- Respond to client requests for immediate issues and drive projects to completion

- Virtually manage Implementation Manager team members

- Analyze client-specific challenges and recommend solutions

- Oversee the overall project, focusing on client satisfaction, quality of delivery, and profitability

- Review project deliverables and risks

- Serve as an advocate and spokesperson for Nomi Health's mission, products, and value

**Requirements:**

- 3+ years of project management experience on software implementation projects

- Experience with healthcare data

- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based project environment

- Ability to lead and mentor other team members

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficiency with Salesforce, MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- PMP Certification
