## Description

As a Manager, Managed Marketing at Toast, you will lead and coach a team of Marketing Specialists to deliver full-service marketing solutions to restaurants.

You will be responsible for day-to-day service execution, ensuring consistent quality and outcomes for restaurants, and owning capacity planning, SLAs, coaching, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and developing a high-performing team of Marketing Specialists

- Managing service delivery excellence, including tracking progress and deadlines, and maintaining SLAs

- Executing against existing playbooks and templates, and identifying gaps for improvement

- Measuring and monitoring performance using dashboards and KPIs

- Handling escalations and quality issues

- Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams

- Documenting learnings and case studies

- Helping to build the UK playbook for Toast's Managed Marketing services

To thrive in this role, you will need:

- 6+ years of experience in marketing or marketing services, including 2+ years of people management experience

- Demonstrated success running multi-channel programs across Email, SMS, Social, Offers/Promos, Loyalty, Gift Cards, and Paid Ads

- Experience with process-oriented leadership, capacity planning, and workload management

- Strong marketing craft and coaching skills

- Analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Comfort working in evolving environments with a bias for systems thinking and continuous improvement
