Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you’ll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.

We’re looking for passionate, fashion-forward individuals who are ready to drive sales, grow our share in the style space, and help customers discover our most on-trend and fashionable products.

Responsibilities:

- Provide style advice and excellent customer service

- Operate in a high-demand environment and remain resilient and confident

- Utilise digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive store environment and support colleagues

- Adapt to changing situations and priorities

- Digital confidence and ability to use digital tools

Working Hours:

- Week 1: Sun 11:30-17:30, Mon 06:00-11:00, Thurs 06:00-11:15, Fri 12:30-20:30

- Week 2: Tues 06:00-13:30, Thurs 06:00-12:00, Fri 14:30-20:30, Sat 16:30-20:30

- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December
