## Description

We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team on a part-time, fixed-term basis. As a Customer Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is ready for customers, providing excellent customer service, and supporting your colleagues.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Prepare the store for the day ahead by restocking shelves and ensuring the store is clean and presentable

- Collect and move stock safely from the warehouse to the shop floor

- Work across different parts of the store, including chilled and frozen areas

- Use equipment, handsets, and digital systems to complete tasks accurately and safely

- Provide excellent customer service and support colleagues when needed

**Requirements:**

- Friendly and welcoming with a genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service

- Ability to work in a physically demanding role and adapt to the disruption of working overnight

- Committed team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

- Flexible and willing to work across the store and take on new challenges

- Open to learning and developing new skills
