## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you'll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.

You'll be working part-time on a flexible schedule:

- Wednesday 14:00-18:00

- Friday 14:00-18:00

- Saturday 14:00-18:00

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

- Providing excellent customer service and style advice

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Maintaining high standards of efficiency and effectiveness, even in a high-pressure environment

- Working as part of a team to achieve sales goals and drive business results

- Adapting to changing situations and priorities
