## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.

You'll work Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 15:45 to 19:45. Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Provide remarkable service to make sure customers feel valued

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products

- Thrive in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp, fast, and focused

- Utilise our digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment as a team player

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment
