## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Stevenage Retail Park. As a frontline team member, you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

**Job Details:**

- Part-time role with varying shifts, including early mornings

- Work pattern: Sun, Tues, Thurs, Sat (05:00-13:00)

- Potential to work up to full-time hours during peak periods (weeks commencing 13th and 20th December)

- £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00

**Responsibilities:**

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues to achieve sales goals

- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store
