## Description

We are seeking a Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Inbound (Stocking) to join our team at Target.

The starting hourly rate is $16.25 USD per hour, with a pay range of $16.25 USD - $24.40 USD per hour.

As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, customizing each experience, and anticipating guest needs. Your duties will include:

- Creating an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience

- Greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues

- Supporting team efforts and assisting peers in other areas

- Adjusting to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience

- Working in all departments to ensure the sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock for guests

- Assisting with truck unload process and stocking product to the sales floor

- Making changes to sales floor merchandise displays

- Conducting weekly price change workload and ensuring regular and promotional signing is set accurately

- Completing scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy

- Supporting execution of major transitions

- Maintaining interior and exterior brand, including emptying garbage cans and attending to restroom cleanliness
