## Description

We are seeking a team member for the Flow Cytometry / PBMC team at IQVIAラボラトリーズ ジャパン株式会社. As a member of this small team, you will be expected to work collaboratively and take responsibility for your tasks. The team's goals include conducting clinical tests using flow cytometry and PBMC (peripheral blood mononuclear cells) separation.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct clinical tests using flow cytometry and PBMC separation

- Perform maintenance tasks on testing equipment

- Manage reagent inventory and ordering

- Participate in quality assurance activities, including validation tests

- Create documents in English and communicate with overseas labs via email

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience with micropipette-based sample preparation and testing

- Basic English skills (reading and writing business manuals and emails)

- Japanese clinical laboratory technician license, experience with flow cytometry equipment, or a science background with fluent English and Japanese communication skills

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience with PBMC and DNA separation from whole blood samples

- BSC (biosafety cabinet) operation experience

- CAP (College of American Pathologists) certification experience

- Knowledge of statistical quality control basics

- Japanese Flow Cytometry Technologyer certification
