## Description

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Corporate and Finance practice group in Dubai. As a Senior Associate, you will be part of a truly global, collaborative team of professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Possess good working knowledge and understanding of the legal principles associated with corporate/M&A work; proactively develop this knowledge further.

- Show awareness of legal developments affecting specialist areas and regularly attend appropriate training sessions.

- Demonstrate technical ability, teamwork and interpersonal skills, client focus, and firm mindedness.

**Person Specification**

- Regional experience gained within a top-tier firm in this space is preferred.

- Strong academic background (minimum 2.1 degree) with excellent written communication and drafting skills.

- Outstanding technical skills, together with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues and work well in a team.

**Working Hours**

- 40 hours per week, 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Additional hours may be required.
