## Description

We are seeking a skilled Demi Chef de Partie to join our Tosca di Angelo Kitchen team at The Ritz-Carlton in Hong Kong.

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing special meals, regulating kitchen temperatures, and maintaining food logs. You will also assist in managing the kitchen team, communicate with Food & Beverage service staff, and ensure that the quality of food items meets our high standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing and cooking food according to recipes and quality standards

- Maintaining food logs and monitoring food quality and quantity

- Assisting in hiring, training, and evaluating kitchen staff

- Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures

- Providing excellent customer service and anticipating guests' needs

We are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of related work experience in a kitchen environment. A technical, trade, or vocational school degree is preferred.
