## Description

As an ESC-FP&A Specialist at 3M, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world.

You would be expected to:

- Support AOP, strategic planning, forecasting, consolidation, system loads, and data tie-outs.

- Analyze financial and operational performance, including P&L, working capital, KPIs, trends, risks, opportunities, and key business drivers.

- Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, reports, and analytical tools for forecasting, scenario analysis, and business decision-making.

- Prepare standardized management reporting and executive-level presentations covering actuals, forecasts, plans, and strategic priorities.

- Support month-end close, in-month performance management, and reporting processes to improve accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

- CA/CA -Inter/ CMA/ CMA -Inter/ MBA qualified with 4 to 6 years relevant experience

- 2 to 3 years of Experience with Power BI, SQL, and analytics tools in finance or supply chain environments.

- Understanding of key supply chain finance concepts, including gross margin, absorption, yield, productivity, and PPV.
