## Description

The Undergraduate Sales Enablement, Analytics & Operations Intern will work on projects that support real business, sales, operations, program, and customer priorities in 3M's Transportation & Electronics Business Group. The intern will develop foundational skills in data analysis, business insights, sales enablement, project management, problem-solving, and communication.

Responsibilities:

- Work on meaningful projects that support real business priorities

- Develop foundational skills in data analysis, business insights, and sales enablement

- Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world

- Take advantage of training, networking, mentorship, and exposure to senior leadership

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution

- Completed a minimum of sophomore year (4 semesters) by the start of the internship

- Current cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale

- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to analyze information, identify insights, and make recommendations

- Exposure to data visualization, CRM, sales reporting, or sales intelligence tools

- Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and presentation skills
