## Description

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Engineer to join our team in Pune. As an Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for developing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform, CDK, or Pulumi, and CI/CD pipelines for Cloud Deployments.

Responsibilities:

- Develop custom automation using Lambda Functions/Azure functions

- Manage code repositories and perform peer code reviews

- Maintain code hygiene and write test cases for solutions

- Mentor and train junior engineers

- Collaborate with customers to design, diagram, and document complex integrations

- Analyze and audit existing Helpshift implementations to make improvements

- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of SaaS experience in a specialization such as consulting services, technical pre-sales, or solution engineering

- Proven experience translating ambiguous customer requirements into actionable technical solutions

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, C#, Node.js, Powershell

- Experience with deploying cloud solutions on AWS or Azure

- Familiarity with technical SaaS concepts such as SDKs, APIs, and cloud computing
