## Description

We are seeking a part-time Support Associate to join our team in Vilnius. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for supporting customers, courier partners, and venues via live chat and phone, ensuring smooth delivery operations, and developing our support function alongside other teams.

The ideal candidate will possess great communication skills, a customer-obsessed and team-oriented mindset, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be fluent in Lithuanian and have professional working proficiency in English.
