As a Senior Technician, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of complex technical equipment or building systems while providing guidance and supervision to junior team members.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- System Maintenance: Perform complex troubleshooting, routine inspections, and repairs on electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or other related fields

- Team Supervision: Guide, train, and support junior technicians, delegating daily tasks and ensuring workflow safety

- Contractor Management: Monitor external vendors and contractors during facility upgrades or specialized equipment installations

- Compliance & Reporting: Enforce local safety regulations, maintain operational logs, and report repair progress or equipment faults to management

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade: A/B)

- Minimum 5 years of experience in property maintenance

The location for this role is Hong Kong, SAR, China.
