## Description

The On Premise Festival & 3rd Party Event Specialist plays a critical role in bringing to life Red Bull's national festival and third-party event strategy, positioning the brand at the center of regional and national relevant music festivals & 3rd party events.

Responsibilities:

## Planning

- Market Trends & Insights: Keep up-to-date with trends in promoters, festivals, and events, sharing valuable insights with regional and national leadership.

- Market Mapping & Forecasting: Support territory mapping and forecasting of all music festivals and third-party events.

- Partnerships: Support the evaluation, planning, and negotiation process for festival and event partnerships.

- Commercial Planning & Performance Analysis: Build event-specific sales projections and depletion forecasts.

- Business Planning: Support the annual and ongoing business planning process.

- Festival Segment & Marketing Framework: Support the development and execution of festival strategies.

- Contract Rights & Management: Support sponsorship agreements, rights management, and partnership fulfillment.

## Execution

- Strategy Implementation: Support implementation of approved event strategies.

- Project Management & Workback Planning: Maintain project timelines and workback schedules.

- Internal Processes: Coordinate logistics, inventory requests, and internal approvals.

- Partnership Alignment: Support relationships with festival organizers and vendors.

- Vendor & Agency Management: Coordinate with external production agencies and suppliers.

- Asset & Inventory Management: Coordinate inventory allocation of branded assets.

- Reporting & Analytics: Support event recaps, performance reporting, and post-event analysis.

- Cross Departmental Collaboration: Partner closely with various Red Bull departments.

- Administrative & Meeting Coordination: Maintain action items lists and project documentation.

## Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in live event production, experiential marketing, or related fields.

- Experience planning and executing complex event programs.

- Strong project management skills.

- Financial and vendor management experience.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with promoters, vendors, and industry stakeholders.

- Experience managing multiple projects and budgets simultaneously.

- Strong analytical capabilities.

- Deep understanding of festival, experiential marketing, and event landscape.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites and project management platforms.

- Self-starter with strong attention to detail.

- Collaborative team player.

- Ability and willingness to travel and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- University – Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

- Fluent in English, additional languages an advantage.
