## Description

We are seeking a Transportation Claims Adjuster who brings strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to managing auto and trucking liability claims.

The Transportation Claims Adjuster is responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving personal auto and commercial transportation-related claims in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements. Claims may include Collision, Cargo, Property Damage, Bodily Injury, and other Commercial Liability exposures arising from transportation operations.

## Key Responsibilities

- Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve personal auto and commercial transportation-related claims

- Collaborate with clients, insureds, attorneys, medical providers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution

- Analyze and apply coverage on both routine and complex claims

- Adjudicate claims in an expeditious and professional manner

- Set and maintain diaries

- Complete client reporting timely

- Control loss adjustment expenses, recommend and manage reserves

- Document all correspondence, reports, discussions, and decisions in the claims system

- Notify management of any situations which may affect the underlying claim

## Requirements

- Bilingual in Spanish (read & write)

- Minimum of 5 years commercial transportation experience

- Superior report writing skills

- Strong Time Management skills

- Effective Communicator

- Holds a valid Texas all lines license (Florida, New Mexico, and other licenses a plus)

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Above average computer skills

- Team player

- Litigation Experience is required
