## Description

Morgan Stanley's Financial Resource and Strategy (FRS) division is seeking a Senior Associate/Vice President to join the Firm Financing team in Tokyo. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, providing market insights, and optimizing the firm's assets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver a coordinated approach to client engagement and present the firm to clients

- Develop new and existing relationships with clients, including agent lenders, corporate treasurers, and pension funds

- Cross-sell the firm with MSIM, GCM, PWM, and ISG divisions, including sales and trading desks

- Articulate client needs and provide feedback on client and liquidity flows

- Collaborate with cross-divisional teams to monetize firm assets externally in secured financing transactions

**Required Skills:**

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong interest in sales/relationship management and financial markets, particularly equity and fixed income financing markets

- Understanding of key regulatory requirements and frameworks across financing markets

- Effective team player with strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills

- Proficiency in PPT, Excel, Bloomberg, and fluency in English (Japanese preferred)
