## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Straiton Retail Park Food Hall. You'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer, providing five-star service, recommending and selling our newest food products, and driving growth in sales.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-pressure environment

- Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment and support colleagues

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment and work across various areas of the store

Requirements:

- Down-to-earth and resilient with excellent communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strong customer demand

- Digitally confident and comfortable using digital tools

- Flexible and able to adapt to changing demands

Schedule:

- Sunday: 09:00-13:00

- Monday: 08:00-12:00

- Tuesday: 08:00-12:00

- Potential to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December
