## Description

Join our team in the M&S Café – the heart of our store and a place where customers come to recharge.

As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you will be a brand ambassador, making great food and drink recommendations while ensuring the café operates smoothly, even during the busiest periods.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing warm, five-star service to customers

- Making great food and drink recommendations

- Ensuring the café operates smoothly and efficiently

- Maintaining impeccable food safety standards

- Working effectively as part of a team

- Adapting quickly to changing situations

In this role, you will be expected to:

- Work weekend shifts, including Saturdays from 10:00 to 18:00 and Sundays from 10:00 to 16:00

- Be available to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December

- Be digitally confident and able to use our tools to take and fulfil orders quickly

- Be efficient and effective in your work, maintaining high standards of customer service and food safety
