## Description

The Regional Distributor Specialist represents Red Bull in the region, defining and implementing a profitable and efficient distribution model.

Responsibilities:

- CORE KPIs OWNERSHIP: Secure financial targets, numeric and weighted distribution targets, and execute plans to achieve them.

- ASPIRATIONAL LEADER: Facilitate and provide support to collaborators, define and follow up on development goals.

- STRATEGY AND PLANNING: Define a long-term distribution model, develop financial plans, and forecast budgets.

- EXTERNAL SALES TEAM MANAGEMENT: Strengthen relationships with stakeholders, develop programs to increase sales, and manage monthly agendas.

- TURN INSIGHTS INTO ACTIONS: Analyze data to plan Sell In targets, analyze sell out data, and connect with internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in wholesalers or retail accounts management

- Strong communication skills

- Strategic and innovative thinking

- Solutions-oriented

- Relationships facilitator

- Advanced in PowerPoint and Excel

- Market trends and consumer data user

- Familiar with financial SAP/BI systems

- Fluent English

- Travel 60%
