## Description

We are seeking a Bank Teller to join our Private Banking team in Munich. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for managing daily cash transactions, handling customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and foreign currency exchange

- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues

- Promote digital services, such as online and mobile banking, to customers

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Completed commercial, service-oriented, or banking-related training (or equivalent experience)

- Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment

- Friendly and confident demeanor, with a willingness to learn new skills

- Basic knowledge of private banking products and digital services is desirable
