## Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Domestic Sales Specialist to join our team in Duisburg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for communicating with customers and external sales representatives, maintaining customer and price data, creating offers and processing orders, and handling customer complaints. You will also contribute to internal and cross-functional projects.

We are looking for someone with a completed commercial education, preferably with a focus on customer service. You should have good knowledge of SAP (SD) and MS Office 365, as well as strong communication and organizational skills. You should also be able to work independently and be goal-oriented.
