## Description

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified and caring Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to join our team in Westfield, IN. As an RBT, you will provide high-quality, one-on-one Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in home or clinic environments.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments

- Implementing individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)

- Collecting data and submitting session notes

- Collaborating with peers and supervisors

- Participating regularly in staff meetings and trainings

- Commuting to various locations with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder

- Effective communication skills in English, including verbal and written communication

- The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families

- A valid state identification card

- Reliable transportation

- A clean criminal background check

- RBT certification
