## Description

We are seeking a Local IT Support professional to join our Ubisoft Ivory Tower team in Lyon. As a key member of our IT team, you will provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of our systems.

**Responsibilities:**

- Hardware & IT Infrastructure:

- Install, configure, and maintain workstations (Windows 11) and servers (Windows Server 2022)

- Manage the computer fleet: inventory, life cycle tracking, entry/exit management, and replacement cycle coordination

- Manage dev kits and test kits

- Interact with suppliers for purchasing and repairing equipment

- Software & Administration:

- Resolve software and hardware incidents and bugs

- Administer accounts, manage access and authorisations (Active Directory, local tools, and servers)

- Support and evolve the conference and meeting infrastructure

- Local Infrastructure & Facility:

- Participate in local infrastructure management and evolution, in coordination with Paris-based network and admin teams

- Manage alarm and access control systems

- Participate in facility management (office moves, equipment reception and storage, stock management)

- Support & User Accompaniment:

- Provide local IT support with a customer service focus

- Regular and professional communication of IT services to staff

- Conduct IT security and tool training sessions

- Events & Projects:

- Provide logistical and technical support during internal and external events

- Contribute to cross-functional IT projects

**Qualifications:**

- Must have:

- Mastery of Windows 11 and Windows Server

- Knowledge of Active Directory, IPv4 addressing, TCP/IP, VLAN, Wi-Fi

- Rigour and attention to detail in task management

- Good level of English (written and spoken)

- Customer service mindset and excellent communication skills

- Curiosity, proactivity, and ability to manage multiple subjects in parallel

- Nice-to-have:

- Linux knowledge

- Passion for video games and gaming culture
