## Description

We are seeking a Materials Assistant to join our team at Runnymede Hospital, part of Circle Health Group. This bank role involves supporting the Materials department on an as-needed basis, ensuring the smooth operation of materials management services.

Responsibilities:

- Be an active member of the Materials Department, contributing to day-to-day operations

- Provide high-quality materials management services to internal customers

- Ensure stock availability through accurate ordering and replenishment of pre-approved stock and products

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date departmental paperwork and files

- Comply with all relevant mandatory training

Requirements:

- GCSE/O level Mathematics and English or equivalent

- Proficiency in using PCs, including Microsoft Word and Excel

- Ability to work independently without close supervision

- Customer service skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
